We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging. Be sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it. Send a photo of the issue and your order number to hello@nbourhood.com and we will send a free replacement or refund you.

Every poster is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, custom prints included. Damaged prints are replaced for free.

The quickest way to get what you need is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
