We print all orders on demand. Generally, orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days, followed by a delivery period of 1-3 business days. So, expect to receive your package within 2-7 business days.

Once your package is with the carrier, we'll send you an email with the shipping details and your tracking number.

If your order arrived damaged, email us at hello@nbourhood.com with a photo of the damaged item and packaging, your order number, and your preference for a replacement or a refund.

You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. It must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Once we inspect your return, we'll email you about the approval and process your refund to your original payment method.
