Shipping policy

Every poster is printed when you order it. Printing takes 1 to 3 business days, and most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days in total.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

We print close to you. Your order goes to the studio nearest you, so your poster is made fresh, travels a short distance and reaches you quickly.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

If something goes wrong on the way

Posters and frames can take a knock in transit. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo at hello@nbourhood.com and we print and ship a new one free of charge, with nothing to send back. If your order never arrives at all, we replace it free of charge. Both apply to every order, custom posters included.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email hello@nbourhood.com as soon as you can. Once an order has gone into production, it cannot be changed.

Wrong address

We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address given at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will ask you to cover the cost of sending it out again.
