Yes, we would love to make a poster of the place you love most! Please send us a note at hello@nbourhood.com and we can chat about what we can do for you.
Please note, however, that we will need to find a picture and write the text for the place you’re interested in. Due to copyright laws, this photo will either need to come from our collection, if we have a photo of the location, or a photo you’ve taken yourself. Please email us with any questions!
All orders are normally shipped within 1-4 business days.
In rare cases, packages can take up to 14 business days to arrive at your doorstep depending on where you live.
Once your package has been passed along to the shipping company, you will receive an email from us detailing the shipping company and your tracking number.
As a global business, we have local print studios in 34 countries throughout Europe, Oceania, Asia, and Americas. With studios all over the world, our delivery is flexible and speedy regardless of where you live.

All of our orders are custom-made, on-demand. When you order a poster, we will print it just for you, and therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. By law, customized items are not entitled to a refund.
Nbourhood's home is Copenhagen, Denmark, but our community is truly global. We have local production in 34 countries, which means that we print and ship out your custom posters as close to you as possible!

No problem! Nbourhood packages do not include printed receipts or invoices. We strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible which is why all information is sent via email.
To make your surprise perfect, we strongly recommend you use your own email address for the order, NOT the recipient’s.
Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment to add a gift note to your order. We know some customers would love to add an extra layer of personalization to their Nbourhood posters when being shared as a gift, and we are working on finding the perfect solution. Stay tuned!
When you’re entering your discount code in the cart or at checkout, please make sure that you have entered the code exactly as provided, with no extra spaces or punctuation!
Please keep in mind that coupon codes and offers can expire, and some cannot be paired with other offers, so make sure that all the coupon conditions are met when applying the coupon.

Our policy currently requires that each order has one shipping address. Ensuring each order has one destination allows us to be more eco-friendly, by reducing excess packaging and waste.

Yes! Our paper and wood materials are predominantly produced by FSC-certified suppliers, which guarantees that our materials meet the highest environmental standards. We also use eco-friendly inks, which are kind to the environment and ensure a sharp, smooth finish.

This local shipping also reduces transportation of printed goods and cuts down on carbon emissions from the transport process.
Shipping partner will vary depending on shipping country. We partner with many shipping companies such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, Purolator, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, and local carriers.
Nbourhood sends posters to more than 100 countries, spanning all continents! Delivery times might vary depending on the country. However, normally orders are shipped with 1-4 days and receives quickly hereafter.

Your tracking can take a while to update, but we typically expect the tracking link to update with your shipment information after a full business day. While it’s rare, orders can occasionally be delayed due to a variety of reasons: whether there is a backlog at the local post office, customs are slow, intense holiday seasons.

It is possible that your order has been delivered to a local post office or pickup point, or that your order has been returned to us. Here are some steps you can take:
- Look for an attempted delivery note, or an email update from the shipping company

We want you to receive and enjoy your order as soon as possible. For this reason, we send all orders to print around 2 hours after your order was confirmed.
However, we understand that sometimes you need to cancel an order. Please send us an email to hello@nbourhood.com within 2 hours of placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request!
Please keep in mind that we print 7 days of the week, so cancellation requests on weekends will be handled promptly within 48 hours. Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, we will not be able to make a cancellation.
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your order, and we can accommodate changes up to 2 hours after your order has been placed.

At this time, our posters do not come assembled within any frames ordered. We ship you both items for at-home assembly to keep our products affordable and globally-accessible.
Yes, our frames come with a hanging kit that makes mounting easy for you, whether you’d like to hang your poster vertically or horizontally.
Currently, we do ship posters and frames together but unmounted. Below are some instructions to mount a poster into the frame:
- Remove packaging from the frame and locate the small metal tabs on the back of the frame.
- Bend the tabs 90º, removing the bridge between the rear and outer frame
- Once all the tabs have been lifted out of the way, the rear of the frame can be removed and the picture inserted into the frame. Replace the back of the frame and bend the tabs back down to hold the frame in position.
Our frames have two brackets on their reverse sides and let you choose whether to hang the frame as a landscape or portrait. Simply choose your orientation and hang it up with the kit provided!
Unfortunately, we don't currently provide custom sizing for our frames.
