Exceeded expectations -- quality item.

The item received was exactly as rendered online. It seems like a quality print job on good paper, and the image is lovely... with soft colors, almost like one would find on an antique "linen" postcard.

There was a bit of frustration with the tracking for the shipping. I contacted customer service and was sent a tracking number. The tracking revealed only that "a label was created," but there was no actual movement of the item for a couple of days. It did eventually ship, arriving within the timeframe the company had promised.

Based on my experience with this first order, I would definitely purchase from this company again. 5 stars given, based solely upon the quality of the item.
