Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your poster must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@nbourhood.com. Once your return is approved, we email you the return address. Send the parcel there and keep your tracking number.

You arrange and pay for the return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or lost in transit

Posters and frames can take a knock on their way to you, so we cover both.

Arrived damaged? Send a photo to hello@nbourhood.com and we print and ship a new one free of charge. You do not need to send the damaged one back, and you do not pay anything.

Never arrived? Tell us and we replace the order free of charge. You do not lose your money because a parcel went missing.

This applies to every order, including custom posters.

Custom posters

Custom posters are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee as every other print. If it is not right on your wall, write us within 30 days and we sort it out. Before you approve the design, you can cancel at any time and get a full refund. Nothing is printed until you say yes.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the poster you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the one you want instead.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. Your poster must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Our 30-day guarantee goes further than this right and also covers custom posters.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. If it is approved, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post the refund.
